Description
Responsibilities- Masters data build to meet the business specific requirements based on testing results
- Tests the APO PPDS planning and scheduling module with full data load
- Tests the site-specific requirements
- Trains the super users and site users on APO tool
- Conducts system build activities, including entering setup Matrix
- Performs cutover activity including execution of CIF model to build data between ECC and APO and creation and scheduling of process orders.
SKILLS
Must be a Specialist in the SAP module of APO PPDS - Advanced Planning and optimization: Production Planning and Detailed scheduling. Prior experience deploying PPDS in the Pharmaceutical industry is needed. Must be able to master data standards between ECC and APO (emphasis on BOMS, Recipes, Production Versions and resources); Setup Matrix; Capacity variants; Pooled capacity; CIF Integration models; Inter order relationships; PPDS and SNP weekly planning heuristics; The complete suite of PPDS and SNP functionality: Weekly planning heuristics; Product View; Detailed Planning board; Manual planning Heuristics; Manual scheduling Heuristics; Campaign Planning; PPDS Optimizer; Managing factory and scheduling calendars; Order creation in ECC and APO, both automated and manual Alert monitor ECC and APO transactional reporting to display capacity utilization and production schedules.
