A new 6 month contract opportunity exists for a Data Cleansing Coordinator to join this large scale Queensland Government Organisation.
The Data Cleansing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that required data cleansing and enrichment is completed by internal business areas to meet the internal Program data conversion requirements.
Key Responsibilities for the Data Conversion Coordinator will include the following:
- Clearly define the required activities, tasks, priorities and timeliness for data cleansing and enrichment to be undertaken by business areas.
- Work with business managers to resolve issues around timeframes and resources.
Monitor and report on progress, risks and issues to business management and the program. - Co-ordinate activities within the Program that support the cleansing and enrichment of data, eg development of reports and automated scripts.
- Ensure that the data cleansing and enrichment process follows the agreed quality standards, guidelines, and methodology.
- Lead and role model customer focus by treating all internal and external customers with honesty, fairness, sensitivity and dignity.
To be successful for this role you will require the following key experience:
- Well-developed project management skills.
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills, including the ability to negotiate with senior business managers on delivery of activities within set timeframes
- A good understanding of approaches to data cleansing & enrichment in the context of a large, complex data conversion project
- Knowledge of SAP Procurement data objects would be a distinct advantage
- Knowledge of Ellipse Procurement data objects would be an advantage.
