Job Description:Job Duties
* Performing inspection and/or audits of all products as per procedure and/or specification.
* Work assignments are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving minor problems and routine recommendations for improving product quality and inspection efficiency
* Review production documentation. Ensure all related paperwork is complete.
* Inspect metal components and assemblies under a microscope
* Inspect tissue under a microscope
* Responsible for checking labeled unit boxes in final packaging and release them to sterilization
* Identify workmanship defects and initiate a non-conformance report or discrepancy report for non-conforming products
Experience Needed
* Experience in Quality Control in medical device company
