Sales Analyst - Growing Global Pharma - Up to £52K + £12K car allowance -Central London with Flexible working.

We are working with a global pharma company to build their commercial team, as part of their expansion they are looking for a seasoned sales analyst who is looking for growth and development opportunity. Working with all affects of the senior management team you will be fundamental to the growth of the team and business.
  • Contribute to sales forecast exercise in collaboration with Management for England/Wales,Scotland, NI andIreland
  • Ensure the demand forecast links into the budget model and buying process - working with the Marketing Manager
  • Collect and analyse sales data (internal and external) to support management decision
  • Review data and set up system to track; new patients, titrations and withdrawals
  • Ensure reliability and consistency of sales databases
  • Work with Global to ensure sales reports link into QlikView
  • Monthly follow up and analysis of sales activities
  • Monthly and quarterly follow up and analysis of revenues per customer
  • Contribute to coordination of sales activities by providing information to field force personnel
  • Implement CRM tool inUKandIrelandin coordination with European andUSheadquarters
  • Ensure communication platforms consistent across systems and link to QlikView
  • Ensure data collection to feed the tool and the reports, dashboards
  • Develop and implementation activity and sales reports adapted to needs
  • Support marketing department on market research
  • Contribute to sizing, targeting and territory alignment, for initial and subsequent teams Participate in brand plan, campaign feedback and optimization


Maintain the database of outsourced versus hospital trust pharmacy and manage contractual agreements where required (tripartite agreements between hospital and pharmacy companies)
