Description
This is a Service Delivery Management role within in the Institutional area of a leading Australian Bank.
The ideal candidate will have a management background within market operations and a strong appreciation of ITIL. You will have managed support teams covering trading systems (Murex, Calypso, MIDAS etc) and have strong experience around change, incident and vulnerability management
Experience in a complex background consisting of a high number of applications is extremely desirable.
