Description
Software Metrology Technical Team Lead opportunity joining a leading semiconductor organisation based in The Netherlands. The Software Team Leader will deliver metrology software projects that are allocated to the team.The Software Metrology Department is responsible for the wafer measurement and expose sequence of the organisations wafer scanners and for the measurements, models and calibrations which are required for optimal image positioning and image quality.
Team Lead Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain the team schedule
* Report into the metrology project leader and management team
* Mentor and provide technical direction to the software team
* Organise and prioritise the software team work load
* Track deliverable progress
* Develop and build a successful team
Education Required:
MSc, PD Eng or PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
Essential Experience:
* Proven software development experience in a technical product development context is a must with at least 2 years of technical leadership experience.
* Able to take initiative with a focus on results
* Strong, clear communicator
* Team Player
Technical Skills Required:
* C, C++, Unix/Linux, Solaris, Matlab and Clearcase
