Currently our client, who is a market leading operator in the Renewable Energy industry and who develop, construct and maintain offshore windparks, are looking for an experienced Offshore Installation Manager.

Tasks:
- Assist the installation project manager in maintaining and updating registers for installation
contractors, equipment and prices
- Prepare and analyse specific foundation installation concepts
- Vessel sea-keeping analysis and stability calculation/evaluations
- Review and/or prepare detailed installation design and procedures
- Participate in or lead the development of cost effective solutions and installation aids together with selected partners
- Identify and recommend areas for development
- Arrange and call for meetings and produce minutes
- Coordinate input and prepare presentations to project team, management and stakeholders in
relation to area of responsibility
- Provide input to the project management- and execution plans including schedule, risk register,interface register, status reports etc.

Qualifications:

- Naval Architect
- Minimum 5-10 years experience from offshore wind marine operations
- Detailed knowledge within vessel design and vessel performance (sea-keeping and stability calculations)
- Experience within jacket installation for offshore wind, practical and operational experience
- Project experience in pre-piling for jackets
- Good understanding of the schedule, cost and safety drivers in marine operations/offshore installations
- Documented command of English language, oral and in writing.
- Command of MS office products, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
