Currently, our client, who is a Market Leading Operator in the renewable energy sector, is looking for an experienced Procurement and Commercial Support Professional to support on site at their office in Hamburg, Germany.Job description
Support the procurement and commercial teams for the Offshore Wind Farm - project during the day-to-day business and become part of the team.
- conduct commercial contract negotiations of smaller procurement work packages
- support mayor contract negotiations as part of the team
- handle all sorts of documentation of contracts/documents (electronically and paper version)
- Execute of SAP-work (creating new vendors, creating purchase orders tc).
- Support of preparing tender documents and tender evaluation.
- Organise meetings, take care of follow up actions, documentation of tendering process
- Use of web based document management system
- Compile & review commercial reports
- Support the risk management process
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years work experience, ideally more
- Completed education/studies; preferably commercial or technical background
- Skills: MS-Office, SAP (not as a premise)
- Soft skills: Communicative, team-minded, adaptive and resilient.
Languages
- German (native preferred)
- Very fluent in English (in written form and verbal)
