Intermediate analytical and problem solving skills. Intermediate knowledge of research methods and techniques to analyze statistical and spatial data. Applies intermediate level skills of mapping principles. Intermediate knowledge of the principles of quality control, quality assurance, and metadata documentation procedures. Attention to detail in composing, drafting and proofing materials. Project management skills sufficient to lead teams.

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
