The ideal candidate would have experience in Java, C++, Sybase/SQL, Perl & Korn Shell, would be a fast-learner and have the confidence to undertake business analysis and project management tasks. Excellent communication skills required due to direct interaction with Trading & Sales Business teams. Skills required: Core Java, multithreading, ideally some C++, some databse (stored procedures / triggers) previous experience working on desktop solutions, willing to handle some 1st line support calls.
