We are working with a San Diego, CA based SaaS technology company that is growing rapidly and in need of 2 Jr-Mid level contract Sourcers. One Sourcer will be focus on Sales (inside, inbound, and outbound) and the other Sourcer on Product Development/IT candidates.
Our client would ideally like someone based in San Diego, CA to work onsite. However, 100% virtual work environment will be considered for Sourcers with excellent experience and a history of successfully finding and attracting great candidates. This is a 3-6 month contract to start out and if successful; extensions are very likely.
Experience Required
At least one year of successful sourcing and/or recruiting experience.
An understanding of how to do advanced Internet searching for candidates.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A great attitude and a fearless personality
A 4-year college degree
Must be a quick learner that wants to be part of a great team.
Self motivated and ambitious.
