Our client a managed learning company have a large client who are undertaking a revamp of their Human Resources training and Learning academy. A new team of associates are required to manage the HR Training portfolio. This team will be committed to designing and delivering a professional and high quality product to a variety of target audiences. Team members will be highly motivated and proud to deliver alongside and independently of internal training colleagues.
The key areas of the HR training programme requirements are:-
1. Diversity & Inclusion - including unconscious bias
2. Internal policies - poor performance, absent management
3. Managing selection and recruitment
4. Corporate Training workshops programme; facilitation skills, budget mgt, stakeholder mgt, Business savvy/awareness, project mgt, presentation skills, performance mgt, resilience, delivering feedback
5. Essentials of training delivery - training trainers to deliver courses
6. Essentials of Learning Design - training trainers to design materials
Associate trainers will require proven knowledge and skills (including any supportive accreditations, qualifications or learning) in delivering most of the following;
Delivering to senior managerial & leadership teams
Creative & cutting edge design techniques and able to review current products and create innovative solutions for new projects, Excellent facilitation skills, Good understanding of basic employment law/HR Law.
Previous design/delivery of corporate training programmes, Neuropsychological qualifications, behavioural training, NLP etc, Proven ability in delivering most (or all) of portfolio highlighted above in large organisations, An understanding of Industrial Relations Professionalism, enthusiasm and a can do' approach is essential.
