Description
My client is a Central Government body seeking a Senior Business Assurance Manager for a contract. Due to the nature of the work it may be advantageous to have current SC clearance.
The duties of the role are:
- supplier management - providing the primary interface for consumed systems and services
- services improvement - manage the agreed list of service improvement activity, and continually assess the service for improved performance
- budgetary - regularly review the lines of services to identify where opportunities/pressures exist
- IT services management - ensure that the key service management processes are reviewed regularly and improvements recommended for implementation
- work with the business to identify reporting information needs to accurately assess the quality and performance of services delivered
