Description
Financial and Intercompany Accountant required for a Bristol based insurer. To be eligible for this role you must have worked in a business as usual finance role within a Life or General Insurer and be confident around intercompany accounting and intercompany transactions specific to the insurance sector.
You will have experience in the following:
* Preparing cash flow forecasts
* Balance sheet reconciliations including banks, receivables and intercompany accounts.
* Period end accounting including preparation and posting of general accruals and prepayments
* Assisting in finalising period end accounts and providing supporting information for items affecting the P&L and Balance Sheet
You will be a qualified accountant with a minimum of 2-3 years post qualified experience and as above must have experience working in a Life or General Insurance client.
