Description
One of the country's leading retailers is currently going through a major transformation programme. This period of change has seen a need for change across the communications and marketing departments and the client are now looking for an Internal Communications Manager to work at the Group level.
As the Internal Communications Manager you will be responsible for creating and marketing all internal strategies across the business. You must ensure you build a communications plan that mirrors the company's Tone of Voice and Reputation Drivers and is in line with the Group's wider external communications and corporate responsibility.
To be successful in this role you must have a proven track record in the internal communications space from a leading retail institution. You must be commercially aware of wider social agendas and have experience of successfully implementing these plans.
