Description
Our major client near Cleveland seeks an experienced Voice Systems Coordinator to join their team. Candidate(s) should possess a solid technical knowledge of voice systems. AVAYA VoIP system knowledge is preferred. It is mandatory that the candidate possess outstanding soft skills and a professional demeanor as well as the ability to manage, coordinate and execute complex tasks. Project coordination experience and knowledge of project life cycle is a plus. The candidate will be required to work in a fast paced environment and successfully work with vendors and internal support and engineering teams to deploy AVAYA VoIP technologies to over 250 claims branches. This candidate must also be willing to work off hours (most of the work will be off hours evenings)..*CONSULTANT MUST WORK W-2 (no C-CWe will call qualified candidates after review.
