A well-known Financial Services Organisation is looking for a Business Oracle EBS Functional Support to join their growing practice. The Oracle EBS Functional Support II must have 3-5 of experience in Oracle Financials - AP/AR and GL with a focus on functional processes.
The Oracle EBS Functional Support should demonstrate experience of providing 1st line support, functional support (set-ups/invoices/journals on expenses, daily support - diagnostics of issues (referring technical issues to technical team) and must also be an Oracle Financials super user
This is not a help desk so there are no ticketing systems, however this role will be responsible for resolving issues through the technical team. There will also be some responsibilities related to reporting.
The ideal candidate would have:
*University degree in Accounting/Finance or comparable
*Oracle Financials super user - AP/AR and GL
*Exposure to Hyperion or Business Objects will be beneficial
*Accustomed to working in a complex and challenging environment
*Excellent communication skills
*Fluent in English and Dutch; other languages beneficial
*Can do attitude
*Ready to learn and develop
*Ready to share knowledge
