LONDON

PERMANENT

£35,000 TO £45,000 DOE

We require an exceptional individual to join our expanding team. You will be an experienced UI Designer with strong and demonstrable skills in designing user interfaces and with a good knowledge of UX, with at least one fairly complex web application in your portfolio. You will be experienced in graphic design primarily for the web (experience developing for mobile sites is a plus), with good Photoshop skills. You'll be able to conceive, storyboard and produce web designs, individual graphics and very occasional print media.

The ideal candidate will have:

* 100% commitment to the role, and an appetite to work in a small-company environment

* A proven track record of delivering impressive results to reasonable deadlines, in a fast-moving and creative environment

* Strong aptitude for learning and embracing change, the flexibility to work in new areas and on different projects, and and interest in developing new skillsets outside of his/her core focus.

* Friendly and engaging personality, with a can-do approach. Good ability to identify requirements and needs and tailor design work to them.

Required Skills:

* A very good understanding of modern UI design methods, and UX principles, and best practices in the development of web interfaces.

* Demonstrable experience designing the look, layout and graphics for web applications, with portfolio examples.

* An appreciation for how design works on the web, and how to design for web developers to help them build websites and web applications

* Ability to design to a variety of different styles, briefs and tastes

If this sounds like your next role, apply with an up to date CV to UX specialist Jennifer Smith.
