This expanding international organisation is currently seeking an experienced Organisational Change Consultant to join their team on an initial 3-6 month contract basis to be based in their Perth office!

In this role you will be required to manage change for various clients (pre-dominantly in the oil and gas sector) and support Project Managers in all aspects of stakeholder engagement. Other duties involved will be to identify and document change management risks, create and implement communication plans and complete monthly change management reports.

To be successful in obtaining this position you will have previous experience in the following;

  • Essenitally, experience within organisational change within the Oil and Gas industry
  • Previous experience as an organisational change manager
  • Strong stakeholder liaison and management skills
  • Solid analysis and amicable communication skills
  • Ideally, previous Project management experience is favourable
  • Resources experience is essential to being considered for this role
