SAP CRM Social Services Management for Public Sector
- Deep understanding of the social/adult care business processes
- Lead the configuration of SAP Public Sector Social services industry solution for social care implementation, working with other SAP CRM PS SS, BRF+ and ISPSCD consultants
- Lead the blueprint design and development of functional specifications
- Identify gaps with respect to business requirements and propose best practice solutions and lead the configuration of these
- Ability to work across different business scenarios and business rules associated with social care
- Develop specifications and advise technical consultants on the development of gaps
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in the design and implementation of the SAP Public Sector Social Services software solution
- Minimum of 4 years of overall SAP implementation experience preferably in CRM and Social Care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Australian Government Projects will be a plus
- Experience in core social service modules like Approval Check Process, Item Assessment, Case Management, BRF for social services, payments, social service plan, eligibility determination, etc. will be a plus
