My client is a major financial services provider that has an urgent requirement for a Planning/forecasting expert to join them on an initial 6 month contract. As a Planning Manager, you will be responsible for building robust and best in class forecasting modelling for high volume and customer driven contact centre operations. You will be required to provide hands on modelling expertise and capacity planning experience, all the while maintaining the customer as the primary focus throughout.
Objectives.
Set up next generation short and long term planning models (using customer segmentation to Drive PTC modelling).
Develop short term and intraday profiling to further gain accuracy.
Set up 16 week forecast plans and be able to reflect new contractual changes into all demand profiling.
Set up and maintain 'what if' analysis
As a Planning Manager, you will require the following experience.
Proven experience as a Planning Manager.
Hands on modelling experience.
Total View experience.
Forecasting and Scheduling modelling expertise.
Leadership skills.
Extensive Contact Centre experience.
Data analysis and report generation experience.
Strong ability to work in a demanding, challenging and fast paced team.
Outstanding Stakeholder management skills
