Ihre Aufgaben:
- eDRMS solution architect: 80% IT Architect / 20% IT Planning Specialist Roles for a project that aims to implement a global records management solution to be used by more than 100 affiliates to store the official records that require long retention according to the defined standards
- Within the key requirements related to long term retention, for managing technology obsolescence the solution must have functionalities to render documents to PDF/A format for preservation purposes and identify files formats at capture time to store as metadata
- Deliver a technical solution that fulfill the requirements specified by the business in a cost-efficient way and aligned with the internal roadmaps
- Support the project lead on creating project plan, resources and costs estimations for the project.
- Review and understand the requirements provided by the business to be able to propose solutions that fulfill these requirements
- Create detailed designs (logical and physical) for implementing the solution
- Research industry trends & best practices and develop recommendations of technologies and methods to stakeholders at all levels
- Work collaboratively with other architectural domains, enterprise architects and operating units from the operating model / organizational model to recommend and design effective and consistent solutions
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions (vendor assessments, prototyping, Proof-of-Concept)
- Deliver the required technical documentation according the standards and methodology (PMM): Solution Architect Design Document, Functional Specification, Technical Specification, Test Plan, Test cases, Installation Instructions
Ihre Qualifikation
- For this purpose, we are looking for a high qualified solution architect with expertise in implementing Records Management solution in regulated environments
- Experience in SharePoint and records center
- Business fluent in English
