SAP Basis Administrator (work from home)

We have an immediate need for a SAP Basis Administrator - Work at home

JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is for an SAP Basis Administrator with at least 7 years experience to work from a home office to provide production support to several customers of our pool of customers. This individual must be self-motivated, attention to detail, and driven to customer success. This is a product delivery lead position for my clients Managed Service Delivery Hosting organization.

Responsibilities:

Experience working with Business Objects -Bobj (installation, configuration, management)

Good Understanding and knowledge of Java based systems (portals, PI, etc.)

SAP performance & Tuning

Set up/administer transport change management

Monitor table space growth, estimate growth and sizing requirements

Monitor SAP environment and assist in troubleshooting

upgrade of database and other related products.

plan, apply kernel patches, support packs stacks, enhancement packs, DB patches, DB2, fixpacks, etc

Set up EWA in Solution Manager and review the report weekly

Work closely with other teams (SAN, AMS, OS, Network)

Plan, coordinate changes based on my clients Change Management Process
