Senior Java web application developer needed to join an agile team of 4 at the start of a greenfield project. The company is well funded, very tech focused and operates in the Financial sector.Senior Java developer should have a diverse range of skills and experience in the some, if not most of the following:
- Enterprise Java/JVM distributed web application architectures
- OO/Functional programming paradigms
- NoSQL - specifically Riak/MongoDB
- Enterprise messaging and Service Orientated Architectures - RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ
- Single Page Web App technologies - AJAX/JSON/JQuery/ExtJS/Knockout etc
- Cloud computing - IaaS and PaaS
- Agile and lean development methods - Scrum, XP, Kanban
- Distributed source control - Git
