M+E design engineer required for a role inSwindon. Experience in the following:- Substation design
- Cad Design (AutoCAD Electrical)
- Previous Rail Experience
- M+E Design (HV +LV)
- Familiarity with SCADA systems
Huxley are looking to recruit for a substation design engineer to aid with a crucial rail project for a client inSwindon.
A relevant candidate will have demonstrable experience in the rail industry, although extensive building services experience would also suffice.
Essentials skills include:
- AutoCAD electrical (inc including experience with single line diagrams, specifications, block cable diagrams)
- Switchgear/substation design
- Integration of URS systems.
- SCADA experience in a rail capacity.
This is a requirement that will be ongoing for 6 months, though if the project and designs are completed to a high standard then there is the potential to extend for an additional 6.
