Description
Overall project summary: develop strategy, support and manage the roll-out of Mobile Broad Band for a mobile operator with 40+ mio subscribers. The project is being executed by 30+ consultants across different streams (strategy, regulatory, commercial, network roll-out, IT and HR). The duration is estimated for 9-12 months from March 2013.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsibility for Sales & Distribution operations for a mobile broadband implementation, especially in the direct channel and online
Client counterparts: GM of Marketing, GM of Sales & Distribution, GM of Customer Care, GM of PMO
Qualifications:
- Recognized Sales & Distribution and Customer Care professional in a Telecom operator
- Master Degree in Business Administration with a Marketing and Operations (Supply Chain) focus preferable
- Strategy Consulting experience
- Middle East experience
Relevant experience:
- 10 years relevant experience in an operator's Sales & Distribution or Customer Care function - 3 years in senior management level position
Job-Specific Skills, Requirements
- Sound knowledge of Sales Strategy (Channels Strategy definition, Logistics and Supply Chain strategy) and operations, focus on Consumer Segment
- Sound knowledge on Sales Action plan implementation and Project Management Organization practices in wide scale projects
- Sound knowledge of Customer Care (Call Centre, e-Care, Customer Experience) focus on Customer Segment
- High level knowledge of Technology (CRM, Billing, etc) related aspects to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the impact of Sales activities on Technology function
- High levels of Customer Centricity
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to strategize and manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of English
