Summary:
Our client is a premier provider of global institutional investment research, consulting, and investment advisory services, located in Venice, Florida. They are looking for a Product/Program Director management consultant to lead the implementation of enterprise-level strategic initiatives. Our client has been running a large program the past 15 months that will significantly change how they deliver products, content and services to customers. This program has brought with it a substantial change management need in both our technology platforms and business processes. With less than 6 months remaining in this phase of the program, our client is looking for someone to come in at a senior level to help drive them through this critical delivery stage.
The ideal candidate for this position will likely come from a management consulting background, at a senior engagement leadership level within a financial markets/solution delivery practice, along with having a solid foundation in program management, technology, business, and sales operations. This individual should be very comfortable working directly for C-level executives and will be empowered to own the new platform and program through to implementation. This is a very high-profile position; Big 4 background is a must as well as experience coordinating enterprise-level projects. This is a 3-4 month+ contract. You will be on-site 4 days a week, and be home on Fridays, but the expectation would be to work on Fridays as well.
Qualifications:
- Management consulting background, at a senior engagement leadership level within a financial markets/solution delivery practice
