My client are a global organisation and currently have the fantastic opportunity for a Spanish speaking Community Educator to join them.

As a Community Educator, you will be responsible for implementing the Online Community Strategy on a daily basis, work closely with members to understand how the community works, interact with the audience and foster community spirit. The role works with internal teams across the business from Marketing to Business Intelligence and Customer Service to Technical; all to cultivate a strong community around the brand and nurture and support the community and customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Implement the online community strategy
* Educate members on the way the company works and how the company expects people to communicate with each other.
* Liaise with and identify account-related issues to the internal Customer Service department.
* Deal and communicate with members when outages, unstable or abusive behaviour occur.
* Mediate in arguments, spam attacks and accusations and general disruptive behaviour within the community
* Act as an advocate of the Company in the brand Euro's community and as the advocate of the community within the Company, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
* Regularly feed back insights gained from community monitoring into the Community Coordinator.
* Monitor trends in the online community.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
* Fluent in Spanish
* Demonstrable interest in online communities (knowledge of and participation in).
* Ability to cope with fast paced work and change.
* Creative, diplomatic, cool under pressure.
* Fantastic interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
