I am currently working with an NHS Trust based inCentral Londonwho is urgently looking for a Workforce Systems Manager to join their team for an ongoing contract.As the Workforce Systems Manager, you will be reporting into the Head of ICT Business Systems and your key responsibilities will include:
> Management of the Workforce Systems Team
> Lead on the Delivery of ESR, e-forms and other IT Workforce systems throughout the Trust
> Develop / Implement Workforce IT Systems Strategy across the Trust
> Advise / Liase with users at all levels, and with third party suppliers, to lead on technological initiatives
> Manage a team of Workforce Systems Analysts
> Prepare Business Cases for new Workforce Systems and existing system Upgrades
