Interim HR Outsourced Services Manager - NHS

My Client, an NHS organisation, is currently seeking an experienced HR Outsourced Services Manager to lead responsibility in management of a HR service contract for the provision of pensions, payroll, HR administration and recruitment services.
You will have experience in acting as a lead contact for the Managed Service and for staff while ensuring procedures are in place for monitoring the service to ensure quality, activity, performance and overall compliance are in line with expectations.
You will also have strong knowledge and experience in providing advice and guidance on Payroll and Pensions matters to a range of internal stakeholders within an NHS Organisation.
Requirements
Management of large outsourced contracts in the NHS environment or equivalent
Experience of using ESR
Experience of dealing with Senior Managers and staff
Experience of presenting complex information to senior managers and others at all levels
Experience of working in a customer-focused service
Comprehensive understanding of Contract Law, TUPE, EU Procurement Regulations
Comprehensive understanding of Doctors and Agenda for Change Pay Regulations
Comprehensive understanding of PAYE/NIC and Pension Legislation and NHS Pension Scheme
Able to start immediately/within 1-3 weeks
