Project context:
Client has developed a number of Client Solutions using Oracle Universal Content Management for document and web content management. These solutions are making use of the 10gR3.5 version and need to be upgraded to the latest version (Oracle Webcenter Content 11gR1), including the underlying infrastructure and databases.
This will serve as the baseline upon which new enhancements (mainly channelling information to the market and our customers in specific) will be built upon.

Next to that we are looking for somenone who can be a technical projectmanager who can handle a combination of multiple technical projects within the IT domain. It concerns infrastructural projects like server upgrades and security patches.

Required Experience/Skills:
1. Technical skills
a. Experience with Oracle products and/or Front End solutions related to web
b. Experience in upgrading (comparable) applications
c. Experience with web based Infrastructure is an advantage
2. Business Knowledge
a. General knowledge of the financial services industry required.
b. Specific knowledge of the Asset Management business required.
c. Experience of managing complex projects involving a broad and varied scope required.
d. Prince 2
3. Behavioural characteristics
a. Independent, self-starter and pro-active problem solver.
b. Hard-working, flexible, goal-driven, steadfast.
c. Attention to detail.
d. University Degree (Informatics)
e. Good verbal and written communicator.
f. Must be an English speaker, Dutch would be an advantage.
g. Self-confident, able to report director to sponsors at senior level.

Job description

Oracle UCM Project Manager will be responsible for defining the Implementation plan and managing it until final delivery through the development life cycle. This includes the execution of security tests and managing to have findings fixed.

The project manger is also responsible for managing the dependencies with other projects starting up and impacting these applications.

Tasks include:
Define the implementation plan (PID)
Delivery of milestones according to plan;
Making sure that all risks, issues are tracked and solved, and that all dependencies are met;
Status reporting, organisation of project meetings, participation in programme meetings.
Compliance with the Client project life cycle and Risk, Security and Control policies.
