SAP CRM Functional Consultant.
For a very successful custoemr i am looking for an SAP CRM functional Consultant to write Functional specifications and usiness blue prints.
Must have skills:
- Hands on Experience on CRM 7.0 Ehp2.
- Minimum of 3 full life cycle implementations .
Further Expertise and/or some knowledge in all the below areas are needed
- Marketing- EMail/Newsletter Campaign, Survey, External List Management, Segmentation, mail forms
- Campaign Automation, Response recording.
- SAP CRM WEB UI Configuration.
- Lead management, Opportunity management, Activity management,
- Interaction center - Service request/Complaint process, Multi level categorization, Ruler Modeler, Alerts in IC.
