You will be required to;
- Manage WebSphere Infrastructure
- Participate in projects as the lead WebSphere engineer
- Participate in change management process.
- Secure continuity of the WebSphere infrastructure.
- Implement changes via RFC's with regards to infrastructure.
- Implement changes via RFC's with regards to applications.
- Perform analyses of production-activities, using available means for monitoring and registration.
- Report disruptions on equipment, software and/or processes, as part of information systems in a proactive manner.
- Perform tuning work.
- Solve disruptions within agreed time frames en communicate with other teams where required.
- Perform ITIL processes
- Take measures to control incident- en problem process.
- Execute acceptance testing, both new or changed components.
- Maintain and perform production acceptance criteria.
- Prepared to participate in a stand by schedule outside office hours if needed.

Skills Required;
Working and thinking at a bachelor's level. Good knowledge of English and Dutch
- Knowledge of at least the following operating systems: AIX, Linux
- Specific knowledge of WebSphere Application Server en WebSphere Portal in versions 5.1, 6.0, 6.1 and 7
- ITIL certified
- Loadbalancing using WebSphere Edge Server.
- Knowledge of LDAP
- knowledge of WebSphere edge
- Familiar with Web Security
- Database knowledge, preferably oracle and DB2
- Knowledge of Java programming standards and methods
- Good knowledge of Scripting with Python and Shell Scripting - knowledge of WebSphere MQ
- Good knowledge of Internet technologies and concepts (IP, TCPIP)
- Working knowledge of different project methods Personal skills:
- Good communications in English and Dutch, Teamplayer, Result driven, Proactive, Analytical, Accurate

At least four years demonstrable experience within a comparable function
Demonstrable experience in project participation as WebSphere engineer ITIL usage and process support. Experience within a complex maintenance organization, preferably in Finance industry
