My client, a leading Medical Device Company based inIllinois, now has a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer.The Mechanical Engineer will join a fast-paced new product development team which is focused on bringing Infusion Pump products to market. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for and have involvement with the full project lifecycle from concept to launch.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Masters or above within Engineering
- 3+ Years experience within the Medical Device Industry
- Device Design experience with Plastics or Consumables
- SolidWorks, ProE or AutoCAD
- Design Controls within Medical Device Environment
- DOORS
This is a long term contract opportunity paying $50 - $75 per hour (dependent on experience) with the potential to convert to a permanent position after 6 months.
