I am looking for a SAP HR Consultant to work with my client who have acquired several new contracts themselves, and are required to go live with the projects by May.
The client is looking for an individual with team leading experience of relevant project team members including on and offshore resources.
It is required to be able to design and configure SAP solutions in Administration, Organisation Management, ESS/MSS, HR Processes and Forms.
Experience of e-recruitment, Enterprise Learning or ECM is desirable.
Full knowledge of HR processes, includingUK statutory requirements.
Able to converse confidently about HR issues, and likely solutions provided by SAP, as you will be reporting into the Principal HR SAP Consultant.
Leading experience in SAP:
Blueprinting
Configuration
Process Design
Gap Analysis
The successful candidate must have SAP UK HR experience, with implementation experience within Blue Chip organisations.
SAP solution delivery would be desirable, preferably from a leading role in multiple end to end full life cycle SAP HR solutions of significant size scope and complexity.
Proven success in delivery of SAP HCM projects from inception through to delivery aligned with budget, timescales and quality
Experience with at least three major client engagements and strong stakeholder relationship management
There is a strong possibility that this contract could be extended, and therefore would prefer a local candidate who lives a commutable distance from the Midlands geographic.
