Description
The resources needed for the Project will be doing the following tasks:
- Using LogMeIn to extract Access DB's from computers
- Running scripts through an application on the DB's to purge Credit Card Data.
- Using FTP programs to transmit files.
- Executing ETL program.
- Monitoring and Documenting any issues with the ETL.
- Setting up user in SalesForce.com.
- Answering end user questions about the SF application via phone, chat and email.
- Documenting any defects reported on the SF application.
- Using the Remedy application to log tickets on all end user issues.
- Communicating with the team lead on progress on ETL.
- Managing the pre-ETL checklists to ensure processes are completed.
- May perform testing on any fixed defects.

Collects, reviews, and inputs data into a computer processing system; audits output data. May be expected to code data and input data for computer processing. Identifies and resolves production related errors. Maintains and revises procedural lists, control records and coding schemes to process source data. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor.
