Description
A Senior Market Risk Analyst is immediately required for a 9 month contract with a London-based multi-commodity trader.
The successful candidate will report directly into the Market Risk Control Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the daily validation of trades and forward price curves in a timely manner, this requires gaining a thorough knowledge of the deal life cycle, and the risk control processes.
In addition to this you will identify and document process enhancement opportunities to continually improve the control and understanding of the risk data, and interface with stakeholders to improve control processes provide support for other teams within energy risk.
To apply for this role you will need to be a proven market risk specialist with commodities experience, it is highly desirable that this be oil. You will also have sound experience in the above areas.
