A leading Global Consultancy are looking to recruit a talented Business Partner to support the Finance Services Assurance practice taking responsibility for monitoring business performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the annual budget setting for the group, c£30m of revenue
- Monitor financial performance against budget on a weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual basis.
- Perform complex exception reporting and analysis to address any variances and forecast financial performance and resource management utilisation on a weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual basis.
- Monitor working capital performance and drive performance to targets and monitor overheads for the group ensuring that they are not overspending in any areas.
- Hold regular update meetings with the Head of operations and Business Unit Leader to review management information and recommend action as required.
What we are looking for:
Candidates will have overall Business Management acumen and Operations experience which includes people management and also resource management. You will also understand the KPIs of a professional services.
