Description
For one of my clients, a global financial services firm based in Brussels, I am currently recruiting a Summit Developer.Joining the Development team, you will be involved in 2 main projects, a migration to Summit and the development of a new Java based platform that will be used across the bank. Your time will be split between pure development as well as supporting the different teams with development- testing and debugging issues. The role is a 3 months rolling contract- expected to last for 2 years.
The successful candidate has 5 years+ development experience, preferably in Java but a solid C++ experience with Java knowledge would be considered as well. You have worked on a number of projects involving Summit and have a good understand of how this application works. You are a team player that easily builds and maintains relationships and are able to work in a fast-paced environment. You have been involved in end- to- end projects, from working closely with business users to gain requirements to design, development and UAT Testing. The business language is English however French language skills would be beneficial.
