For one of our clients working in the pharmaceutical industry, we arecurrently looking for a Mentor in Quality Assurance - Shop floor.
Start: April 2013
Location: South of Brussels
Duration: 6 months +
Profile:
- Strong professional experience in Quality Assurance in Pharmaceuticals or Biologicals Manufacturing Operations
- Strong experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Experience in Change Management
- French-speaking
- Able to work hands-on on the shop floor with a coaching and mentoringstyle
Mission Description:
- The Contingent Worker will be responsible to
o Coach and mentor QA and Production staff in their quality obligationson the shop floor,
o Provide support to shop floor QA representatives to adopt QA bestpractices and improve their ways of working.
o Support operation to lift the quality of deviation investigations andtheir documentation, and
o Help raise awareness of GMP and the behaviours to support this.
