FX/e-FX Application Support Analyst - Investment Banking
Responsibilities:
- The team looks after the Europe based users (mainly marketers, traders & Middle Office),
- and fits within a global support organisation with other teams based in New York, Tokyo and Singapore.
- First line support on FX Electronic Trading systems, Deal Capture, Order Management systems as a whole
Account manager (Specialisation in a sub set of the systems). On the systems concerned this involves:
- Main point of contact of developers and infrastructure teams involved
- Responsible of training FX Support teams worldwide
- Close-up following of incidents
- Close-up following of changes to be able to communicate key points to the team globally
Involvement with
