Description
I am currently looking for an offshore 132KV authorised SAP for my client working on an offshore wind farm in the North East on a 6 month contract. The work is to finish off the commissioning phase of the project to ensure it's delivered on time and within budget.The shift pattern will be two on and one off and based from the floatel. Your responsibilities will include:
* Application of all local procedures introduced by the Principal Contractor under CDM.
* Pre-commissioning inspections of plant and equipment on behalf of the client.
* Post energisation assessments of the plant and equipment using partial discharge test equipment, infra-red technology and dissolved gas analysis of 33KV switchgear and 33/66KV transformers.
* Advising the commissioning manager on the application of local HV Electrical Safety Rules
