IT Infrastructure TechnicianSalary: Dependent upon experience

Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Infrastructure Technician to join their flourishing team based in Wantage, Oxford. Our client is a global giant within their industry and are activelyseeking a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks and work well as part of a team.
Key responsibilities:
*mix of project based responsibilities, back office system responsibilities and day to day support of local users as part of a IT Support team
*Video and web conferencing applications
*Networking, VOIP telephony and UC applications
*Back Office products including IIS, SQL Server, VMWare & Storage Virtualisation
*Technical assessment of customer requirements and production of requirement specifications
*PC Hardware troubleshooting and fault logging
*Support to users in use of MS Office Products
Previous experience:
*Additional certification advantageous
*Solid previous work experience - 5+ years
Essential requirements:
*Fluent in English - both verbal and written
*Good communicator
*The ability to travel internationally on occasion to support client projects outside the UK
