Our client is a well-established government organisation that has built itself upon a reputation of continuous success and innovation within their market.
Due to rapid growth within their industry sector my client is looking to appoint the skills of an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their CBD Office on a 5+ month basis.
You will be acting as intermediary between business project team members and ICT to ensure that the business/user requirements are delivered in IT solutions within the capabilities of our client's enterprise architecture.
As the Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
Identification of Business Needs
Solution Development
System Readiness
Development of requirements for communication with stakeholders and vendors.
Reviewing technical specifications to ensure it satisfies business requirements.
To be considered for this Senior Business Analyst role you will have at least 8+ years experience as a pure Business Analyst including excellent ability and experience in:
* Analysing, interpreting and documenting business requirements.
* The development, review and approval of Project Business Cases
* The design and development of new business processes
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Reviewing high level business cases
* Capturing output
* Cost modelling
* Finalising reviews and business cases completed by the tender (6 years business case)
* Governance
* Delivering high level business cases
* Benefit realisation plans
* Working across multi tiered programmes of work
* Ability to define a program of work and ability/flexibility to change course midway
* Compare tender scopes and objectives
* Optional costs
* Liaison with stakeholders and executive management
* Complex documentation/reporting
* Mapping out and finalising business cases
* Traceability
* Gap analysis
