Position: ServiceNow Specialist (Multiple Positions)
Role Description
- Support the Solution Architect providing solution design and solution approval process.
- Provide costing, response development and operations support.
- Create a high-level design of an end-to-end integration solution.
- Define the flow of data between the applications that must be integrated, mapping business process activities to the applications that support them, and drafting a data object.
Requirements
- 8 years of total IT experience required
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow skill
- Certified in ITIL or ServiceNowITIL
- Ability to solution and architect solutions from the ground up.
