Leading UK BPO business are looking to add an experienced Commercial Lawyer to their team to work on high value outsourced contracts.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing legal advice to the business and to take the legal lead on high value contract negotiation.
Promote understanding of relevant legal issues across the business to support senior management decision making.
Participate in decisions on strategy, commercial policy and specific commercial transactions ensuring legal and governance compliance.
What we are looking for:
Candidates will be qualified with a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience a long with an excellent understanding of high value outsourcing/BPO contracts.
