SEC and a global IT Consulting Company are working together in the search and selection for an Solution Architect for one of their international projects in Spain.
As a Solution Architect you will be involved in a massive international project in a 1 year contract with high possibilities of extension
Your main responsibilities will be:
*Define application solution designs considering functional and technical requirements and ensure end-to-end governance of the implementation;
*Produce and maintain the required design documentation (High Level Architecture, System Architecture Design, etc.);
*Ensure that the solution meets the existing IT guidelines and passes through the required governance process;
*Advise the technical teams throughout all the phases of the software life cycle (analysis, development, testing, deployment, etc.).
You should be compliant with the following profile:
*8+ years of experience in the development and design of Java-based applications;
*At least 3 years of experience working as a solution architect;
*Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to propose suitable architectural solutions;
*Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment;
*Strong documentation skills;
*Proficient level of English (oral/written).
Technical Requirements:
*In-depth knowledge of Java/JEE and associated tools: Eclipse, Maven, etc.
*Java application Servers (JBoss AS, Apache Tomcat)
*Spring MVC, Hibernate
*Application integration and SOA
*Web Services (REST/SOAP)
*Relational DBs (Oracle, MySQL)
*XML standards (XML, XSD, XSLT)
*Java architectures and design patterns;
*OO modelling and UML;
*Datamodelling and design (conceptual, logical, physical)
