Project Manager with water/wastewater experience required for 6 month contract with water utilities client in Edinburgh.

Duties required:

  • Responsible for delivering assigned projects in a safe and efficient manner, covering all stages of the project life cycle
  • Responsible for budget and output performance of assigned projects
  • Accountable for the effective management of all aspects of the project life cycle including design, construction, commissioning and handover in compliance with agreed commercial criteria, milestone dates including contract commencement and completion dates and recognised water industry quality standards

Experience required:

  • Water/wastewater infrastructure project management experience
  • Demonstrate direct experience in managing and delivering portfolios of projects with an annual turnover, ideally greater than £5m
  • Proven ability to manage supply chain/contractors
  • Knowledge and understanding of integrated computerised Reporting Systems including Primavera P6 and cost management systems
