Description
SAP HCM Functional Consultant/Business Analyst to work as part of a 17 strong Delivery Team - HR Team consists of 4 people. This will be with an end user in Central London.This person will be responsible for delivering third line support, continuous improvement work, new company set up and involvement in strategic projects.
Expected Experience & Personal Qualities:
- 5+ years in a SAP HCM
- ECC5 or above
- Core HCM (PA, OM) and Payroll (including schemas)
- Time & Attendance (Principally Absence and Quota Management)
- Focus on customer service employing excellent communication skills
- Proactive ownership of issues through to resolution
