Senior Reform Implementation Manager Wanted!

Key Tasks:

- Manage and coordinate the development of labour capacity plans and rosters and ensure resources are recruited and trained in order to meet roster requirements
- Manage and coordinate the review of fleet Technical Maintenance Plans (TMP) across all depots and continuously improve labour capacity for TMPs to ensure optimum workforce productivity and train reliability
- Lead and direct the alignment and implementation of policies, processes and procedures to align with business changes
- Leading in the implementation of Change at the frontline in order to achieve the desired business outcomes
- Coordinate resourcing across the projects and the Division to ensure maximum efficiency and implement continual review processes to ensure that the project is meeting stated organisational needs

Selection Criteria:

Mandatory

- Demonstrated experience in major workforce reform, including rosterin, capacity planning, workforce planning
- Demonstrated recent extensive experience in large scale organisational reform programs in a heavy engineering environment

Technical

- Tertiary qualifications (degree) in Mechanical Engineering AND business - preferably MBA - AND desirable formal qualification in Change Management
- Demonstrated experience in developing, leading and deploying organisational change initiatives in a large complex organisation, with a range of blue collar and white collar environments, including organisational structure and capability design, development and implementation of people change programs, strategies and solutions
- Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing major workplace process improvement projects within a heavy engineering environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and to contribute effectively in a team environment;
- Demonstrated experience in the development of project and program management capability across an organisation - establishing a Project Office and related processes
- Demonstrated good planning and organisational skills, analytical and problem solving skills, negotiation and communication skills developed in a highly unionised environment
